Autumn/ Winter 2020 Collection. The collection fuses the brand’s rugged sensibility with modern
silhouettes and durable styling. Inspired by the Athleisure trend as sportwear culture becomes
increasing popular, this season’s collection is classic, modern and sporty, with seasonally relevant

footwear for the earthmover in all of us. What originally began as a small collection of work boots
has grown into a lifestyle brand from work boots to casual and fashion footwear for men, women and
children, sold in nearly 150 countries worldwide. From the job site and far beyond, Cat Footwear is an
authentic heritage brand inspired by hard work and driven by real-life challenges.
1925: Caterpillar established when Benjamin Holt, creator of the first track-type tractor partners
with C.L. Best Co. to establish the Caterpillar Tractor Co.
1988: Cat Footwear is launched as a premier work boot brand in the US.
1991: Cat Footwear launches the “Colorado” boot and it quickly becomes an iconic symbol of the
grunge trend in the United Kingdom.
1994: Wolverine Worldwide, leading global producer and marketer of branded footwear, apparel and
accessories, acquires Cat Footwear brand.
1995: Cat Footwear is expanded internationally and quickly becomes a global lifestyle brand.
2002: Cat Footwear is named to Interbrand’s “best brand extension” global brand list.
2004: iTechnology is launched, the brand’s patented leading comfort technology that fuses workboot
durability with athletic shoe comfort.
2006: The Legendary RAW Collection, a line of premium shoes and boots in finely crafted leathers,
is launched as the premium denim trend emerges.
2009: Earthmovers campaign is unveiled.
2012: Cat Footwear reaches 100 Million pairs sold globally, under the WWW license.
2014: The brand sells more than 3 Million pairs of the iconic Colorado.
